Walter is a service dog. I just read an article on service dogs advising people not to tease them. the neighbor is obviously doing just that. a service dog is trained to keeo their handler safe from harm, even the neighbor.

I pray you will do the right thing and not murder this beautiful dog, causing further trauma to his owner, due to an incident that was most likely provoked by a neighbor. Please understand the ramifications for your community if this poor human and canine team continues to be harassed. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I am with Walter. He is trained to work for his owner and partner and has been trained professionally. He is not at fault nor should he ever be facing court over that if anything the neighbor should if been arrested...

I am with WALTER. Walter is a perfect dog. I am sure if neighbours and pasers by dobt hit the fence and disturb or irritate the dog. Walter will never jump or bark. Rememember it's Walters Job to alert his owner. Did Walter do anything wrong. Surely not. But if Walter didnt bark or jump to alert his owner then Walter is Not doing his job. Even the poir dog Wakter is doing a good job, he gets punish. I think it's ver unfair to Walter. I think the neighbours and passers by who irritate Walter should be warn and punished. NOT WALTER. Thanks . Please save Walter

To the mayor and the Judge on this case. Why are you guys letting a BUlly disrupt and get by with abusive behavior. They are laws in place that are suppose to protect the disabled from people like that. That service was in HIS Yard doing what he is trained to do. He did not bite but is letting the abusive neighbor to leave his owner alone and alerting him at the same time their is a possible intruder. What about the right a person has to their own property and themselves. Does the neighbor have any run-ins with the law themselves? Has anyone checked? Why is he being allowed to bully a Disabled person and his dog. If you don't do the right thing here, how can schools enforce the bully laws in place at school. There is a whole other spectrum to this you guys are not even looking at. That dog is doing what he was trained to do and in his own yard. He is not trying to escape or go run down the streets. The neighbor should be charged with abuse to the disabled at minimum here. A restraining order on them for trying to damage the fence of the disabled person. If I'm right here most fences are within 6 inches inside the border. So the neighbor is Criminally trespassing here and harassing. Shame on anyone who protects such actions from an abusive neighbor. If you do this then how can you enforce the bully law in public schools? Where does it stop? I pray you guys do the just thing which is protect the disabled and their rights! The Walter did nothing wrong. What if it was your Mother or Father or your Son or daughter and Walter was their service dog. How would you see the abusive neighbor then?

I cannot believe that the city is trying to do this to this dog. Someone crashed into the fence and the dog was trying to alert his owner and now he is being deemed dangerous? I do not understand this.
