My brother, who is a judge, thinks this is a frivilous suit and would levy a fine on the person wasting the county's money and courts time.

I say charges should be brought against the neighbor for harassment

Mason is not dangerous!! Mason is loyal and certified to protect his owner. If you take him away or label him as dangerous, you are not only ruining the Mason's life but his owner's too.

If provoked, he defends his territory- doesn't make him dangerous. And he IS a SERVICE DOG FOR GOD's SAKE !!

I am with Walter since Walter cannot speak in his own defense. Is the neighbor being charged or put on trial for disturbing the dog?

Hoping that Walter will be able to remain a companion and service dog. Wishing you the best in court. May Walter's qualities shine and show in court.

The dog was doing his job. Why is the neighbor hitting the fence anyway? Walter needs to stay with his owner and continue to do the job he was trained to do.

Do you know any dog that would not bark when people are doing so???

Walter did nothing wrong. He is a trained service dog. He does things for Adam to make life easier for him. This dog should not be destroyed. If you destroy Walter then you are basically destroying Adam.

Walter is not a dog he is an extension of Adam. The police should have arrested the neighbor for what he has done to Walter and Adam. As the parent of an adult with disabilities I am horrified at how this situation is being handled.

perhaps the neighbor needs to be put on a dangerous neighbor list for harassing the dog in his own yard.
