All service dogs are trained to be caretakers and are desperately needed by their owners. There is no way this dig has any aggressive tendencies or he would have not passed his certifications. I am with Walter.

Your position on this issue leaves me to wonder two things:
1) What kind of neighbor are you?
2) How can you expect your constituents to beleive you have their best interests at heart come next election after this poor display of character?

He is not a danger, but a certified therapy dog. There should be no question that Walter should be allowed to continue unhampered as therapy dog for his master.

Mayor Butler; You should be ashamed of yourself.The focus needs to be on humans who attack and abuse animals, not on a trained service dog who has never harmed another creature and did significantly increase the quality of Adam's life. What the heck are you thinking? A barking dog is now a danger? Penning him for life? - dog owners have much to be concerned about if this is the direction you take. I am With Walter.
