Really? With people being gunned down in churches, you are letting a disgruntled neighbor take out his frustration on a dog and a disabled man. Don't we have more important issue that intervening in a neighbor dispute?

Leave them alone and let Adam live the rest of his life comfortable and with his best buddy Walter... People have nothing better to do than try and make other people uncomfortable... If the neighbours don't like the dog tell them to move... That poor dog has probably done nothing to provoke this hatred apart from loving his human and home! He's an absolute beaut and if you care about peoples quality of life you will allow Adam to keep his pooch, Carer and loving Family member where he belongs!
