When an uninvited party decides to invade someone else's dwelling (hitting the fence), there should be some kind of warning sounded. Would you take a burglar alarm to court? Is that another right we have been robbed of, to defend our own property?? Give the man his dog, his dignity and his security. Worry instead about the people who want to silence this dog so they CAN break in and vandalize. Think about it.

Walter is a service dog trying to provide services to a nearly deaf man. Barking to alert his Owner of a potential threat is his job & he shouldn't be deemed dangerous for it. Many dogs bark just to bark, are they all deemed dangerous too?

This dog was clearly doing what he was trained to do, alert his owner of his neighbors actions. Not dangerous whatsoever.

It's a dog doing what he is suppose to do. He is a service dog just as police dogs, or dogs that are trained to find drugs or buried bodies. They are trained to work should not be teased or miss treated.

Why did the person hit the fence in the first place? Why was he trying to upset Walter, who was only doing what he was taught to do -- support and protect his owner, who has hearing problems. Why take a service dog away for doing his job, away from the person who really needs him? Tell this neighbor to mind his own business and not bother this dog or his family again!

The instigator of the barking needs to go to jail. Had it not been for that Walter would not be in this predicament.
