I sincerely hope that you will consider that Walter from no fault of his own other than doing his job for his owner is not only being taken from his owner but removed from what he is trained to do. With all the measures taken to try and make neighbors happy sometimes it just doesn't work.. No matter what they do its not enough... So who is the victim here? I most certainly believe it to be Walter and his Owner who needs him. I along with my 2 rescued dogs stand with Walter!

BEFORE YOU JUDGE THESE GREAT COMPANIONS I SUGGEST YOU GET TO KNOW ONE !!!! LEAVE THIS MAN AND HIS DOG ""WALTER"" ALONE !!!! HOW DARE YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!! Sincerely,,, Trisha Herom

This dog is sweet and protective of his owner, which is what he is supposed to do.

This is absolute nonsense! You can't possibly think that every dog that resembles a pit bull is dangerous or agressive. Please do not be swayed by one persons accusations - because hate, fear, and ignorance can go a long way - to the point of lying and fabricating stories.

It's time Walter comes home. A service dog is a service dog it doesn't say it has to be a certain type to be a service dog. Walter needs to come home to continue helping Adam.

Walter has never attacked and therefore this seems like a case of a nasty neighbor. Fining this family $100 a day sounds like greed. Bring Walter home.

This dog has provided do many positives. It is clear that with this man's disabilities they would not let a vicious dog be his companion. Other complaints, while bring out in the community, have not arisen. It is apparent the aggressive party in this scenario is the tunnel-visioned neighbor. Staying away from the fence on the part of the neighbor is minimal compared to all the measures Walter's family have made. This is a waste of good tax payers money to appease one paranoid individual. Walter does not meet standards to be in a vicious dog list!

Sheer STUPIDITY to force this wonderful SERVICE DOG to register as 'vicious'. WRONG move, Mayor.
