This is a service dog NOT a dangerous dog. The neighbor that has been causing all the problems was leaning over the fence that would make me mad. Of course a dog is going to bark if someone enters or even leaning over into the yard. I don't know how Mayor Butler you can side with the prosecution. Have you looked at all the fact, I think NOT.

It breaks my heart to read the story of walter...pls. don't let this happen to walter if he keeps on barking to their neighbor maybe he saw something not right to them. Why putting walter as vicious dog when you didn't know that this human neighbor is more vicious too. I think walter has gone a lot more kindness and sacrifices that this human neighbor.

sounds to me like the problem is the asshat neighbor not the SERVICE DOG. i think the neighbor should have to register as a stupid human. he is more viscious than walter would ever be because he is destrying adam's quality of life. and for that alone he needs a good old fashion whipping. ignorant people annoy me.

Please do what is right and not deem this dog a dangerous dog. He has never harmed anyone to deserve this label. In addition, the family is taking the proper precautions and he is a registered service dog. It makes no sense to deem this dog a vicious dog except to please a man who seems to have an agenda.

Are now going to throw people who have not yet committed a crime into jail? Tell the neighbor to keep his arms in his own yard. Apparently, the owner has done everything that is required of him under the law, there has been no incident of harm to anyone, the dog is being teased and harassed by a person and his protecting his home and family, which is what he should be doing. Barking or even growling is a natural defense for the dog, so if the neighbor would just ignore the dog, be a good neighbor and stop trying to instigate trouble. Just leave the dog alone. If he bites you while you have your arms over the fence, then oh well. Its on you.
