I just can't believe you would label this animal dangerous, he reacted normally. It sounds like the neighbor is provoking bad behavior. Please have a closer look at what is really happening here.

I think this is a sham. If a person hit the fence then that person was trespassing. He should be charged. Walter was defending his owner. please dismiss this case.

As a person who also has a service dog this ticks me right off. These dogs are evaluated for their temperament before they even start to train. If there is even a hint of any possible aggression they are not allowed to be used for service work. If the neighbor was trying to get the dog going while in its own uard then it is the neighbor that is at fault, not the dog for doing what dogs do.

Not fair to blame the service dog!! They should sue the neighbor for endangering the poor baby!!

I do hope the court will see the value of this dog as he's only doing his job whilein a containef area. No laws have been broken. The neighbor should be ordered to leave the fence and dog alone. My concern us how far will this neighbor go in his sgressive behavior. If anything happens to this dog after an order is in place then he should be warned he will be the number one person of interest.

This is a service dog and is needed for help. The dog did nothing wrong. The neighbor is a jerk.

Why is the neighbor disturbing the dog not being prosecuted. This is totally backward and senseless. Leave Walter and his family alone!

So very unfair, this dog didn't bite, seems he was protecting his home and owner?? Most dogs bark, don't really know any who don't when someone comes near there domain...please use your heart when making this decision, this is a reg. service dog, let him do what he has been trained to do, please!!

please work with and not against this precious animal and his owner when we turn our backs on the needs of individuals with disabilities that's one cruel world and his service dog is helping him maintain a life that would otherwise be restrained and remote from activities that would help him have a better life
