PLEASE do not register this dog as vicious, you should register the neighbor as vicious for purposely agitating and irritating this loving service dog. Please do the right thing here,,,

I stand with Walter I don't have a dog but I love his breed. This is not right he just barked at someone who banged on the fence millions of dogs bark and jump on their fences. His owner also needs him for his disability. I STAND WITH WALTER AND MY FAMILY STANDS WITH HIM.

This is so stupid...it's hard to put words together. So the neighbor causes the problem and the city sides with them. The dog does nothing but react to the neighbors actions...protecting it family by barking. Wake up city prosecutor.

I believe harassment charges should be filed, before court against the Mayor and his girlfriend. Such action is pathetic.

This is ridiculous!!! That neighbor has NO BUSINESS KICKING/HITTING THE DOGS FENCE!! Put a restraining order on the neighbor for harassment!!

I am with Walter, he is a service dog and doing his job. The neighbour should be charged for agitating Walter by putting himself at the fence to annoy Walter who would be protecting his family.

Walter is a service dog who is doing what he is trained to do. Tell the neighbor to Stay Away from their residence and that will solve the problem.
