Walter should be returned to his owner who desperately needs him.what law allows you to quarantine a dog for barking and jumping on his own fence if so I have so many neighbors that I could report for the same thing crazy world.

I have the same breed my husband is Diabetic & has so Neurological problems. Roscoe knows when James sugar is low & when he is in physical danger he uses his body to push him back from danger. Save Walter McAlister!!!!!!

Investigate the human neighbor who obviously doesn't like the breed and just wants Walter gone because of it and not what he really is which is a valued family member. people like this neighbor who caused all of this out of hate and ignorance of a breed is as racist as if he were attacking a human for being different.
