This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard!! Walter IS a loving and lovable dog and should be certified not punished for the actions of stupid person who should not be hitting someone elses gate in the fist place!! I am with Walter 1000%

This man is disabled give him back his dog . He didn't bite anyone. It's ashame I thing the Mayor doesn't like dogs. In would check with an attorney to see if you have a case. No one should be forced to sign that there dogs is dangerous. DON'T GIVE UP. SO MANY PEOPLE ARE FIGHTING FOR YOU. GOD BLESS YOU

Walter deserves to be certified. I believe if he was in his own yard and is being agitated by someone that he is protecting his family. Doing his job. Any animal or human would will strike back if continually , purposely agitated. Etc.

This is wrong.walter is amazing and ofcourse if one abuses dog he will bark. Please make the correct decision. Walter is nota toy that can be used and killed because of some stupid person
