If anyone bangs on our fence my dog goes nuts but he loves people it is just protecting thier property. Sounds like that man teased the dog..Please reconsider this dog has never hurt anyone and helps a disabled man. Thank You

Please be just and do not label Walter a "dangerous dog." His family needs him, and he needs his family. Think of the good you can do!

you can not deem this dog as dangerous if those "neighbors" taunt..... he is defending his territory and his human..... that is his job... common sense says fine the neighbors" for being aggressive towards the dog...

I'm With Walter! The neighbor should be cited for harassing and tormenting this beautiful Service Dog time and time again, and therefore causing much pain and anguish to Adam and the entire family. The anxiety and stress to Adam has been torturous. Save this invaluable Service Dog!

A dog and it's family shouldn't be penalized for protecting their property. The neighbor, however, sounds like he should be charged with harassment.

Have you people ever heard of a FRIVOLOUS LAW SUITE? Perfect example right here. At some point common sense should prevail. Obviously the petioner is either after notoriety or he's related to someone. This is a waste of taxpayers time & money.

This is simply ridiculous. This dog is not dangerous, no requirement to put him on a dangerous list! If that's the case I could start a list for stupid ridiculous waste of time babies...Your Mayor would make the number 1 slot!

just because Walter is a mixed breed and half on him is classed as dangerous breed he is condemn,if he was a small breed of dog with a temper and more dangerous is not condemned ,Walter is not only doing is job as a carer he also one of the family good luck in the fight for your life

Walter is a trained service dog. He is not dangerous. The neighbors who called the police are dangerous and vindictive

If I were to attempt to punch someone in the face and they attempted to defend themselves, can I press charges? Perhaps that person can be put down?

Please save him. If your kid yelled at another kid and hot a wall out of frustration would they he labeled a "dangerous kid". ;he has not hurt anyone or anything.

Provoking a dog to attempt to make it seem aggressive does not make Walter dangerous. It makes the human who would intentionally torment an animal dangerous
