Please do not register this dog as dangerous. He has never harmed anyone and is a loving family member and service dog for a boy. The neighbor has caused this problem by teasing the dog. Please don't be unfair.

Why are people trying to legislate against dogs being dogs? The dog could tell the neighbor was hateful. Why are complainers getting more credence than anyone else? Let's have a law against neighbors hitting the fence.

Any dog will bark at people, if you hit the fence they will jump at it. I have an ass neighbor that has two german shepherds that does worse than this and they aren't deemed dangerous. What is wrong with you people, he's a good dog guarding his owner. Leave those people alone! Certify Walter and go do real work!!!!!

Most dogs of any breed or size will bark n jump on a fence if someone hits it. Can you imagine what the family is going through. My granddaughter has a pit going to be a certified service dog. A big loveable beautiful dog. Oh yes he barks if someone knocks on the door

I have a american bull dog/lab/pit bull mix, a rescue. He's awesome. He visits residents in nursing homes. Save Walter!!!

Allow Walter to be back home and do what he is trained to do for this family.

Any dog will bark when he is taunted and teased. Please consider "registering" the neighbor who has been agitating the dog.

This is a trained 'service dog'. Please protect him, not only for the dog's sake but also for his owner.

This is someone harassing this service dog. This man could face charges from the ADA. WHY are you not defending this dog against his aggressor. So many dogs have been harmed put to death because of EVIL MEAN people. You need to support this family and their dog

If someone wasn't taunting the dog he wouldn't have jumped at the fence. The I best who taunted should be ticketed not the dog for doing its job as a dog. Of Walter hasn't hurt anyone WHY are you deeming him dangerous? That would mean you better start a king room for all the dogs in your state that charge to the fence when someone walks by or hits it. I have a chiweenie that does the same thing, does that mean he deemed as dangerous? Don't take walker away OR deem him dangerous.

Ridiculous!! How can a dog be deemed a dangerous dog when it hasn't been a danger to anyone?? Barking and lunging on a fence is NOT means to deem a dog dangerous. Most dogs will bark and lunge at a fence when someone is close to THEIR property. I have showed and trained dogs for years, my show dogs would attack someone if they go too close to their property or if they tried to enter our yard, which is EXACTLY what we want!! We want the dog to defend itself & protect us or our property. Our dogs could not be stolen, we trained them that way on purpose. They were a rare breeds, one of them was the #2 English Foxhound in the country, and if we lived in your crappy state, you would've deemed the #2 English Foxhound in the country a "dangerous dog". How ignorant are you people?? Seriously? This is what dogs do, until their is an actual attack on someone, I don't see how legally this dog can be deemed a "dangerous dog". Over half the country would then have to deem their dogs as dangerous is this is the standard.

People need to stop branding certain breeds as "dangereous". Animals aren't dangereous, it's their owner to blame for not investing time on their education/training.

Plus make it a crime to taunt dogs so they'll be put on a dangerous dog list
