Mayor Butler, sounds to me you have an abusive neighbor bound and determined to rid this family of a trained service dog, which are quite expensive. If a dog is by a fence, you do not hit the fence or try to agitate the dog in anyway. This neighbor obviously has a grudge for whatever reason. Any animal, instinctively, will bark or growl. It would be so easy to just sign the paper and forget it, but please consider the consequences. A disabled person would lose an important and vital part of his life, all because of an vindictive and snide neighbor. Unfair, Mr. Mayor, unfair.

Make this right, Mayor Butler. You are wrong in what you are doing to this family.

Please save Walter as he is a helper to this disabled man. He poses no harm to anyone and helps this disabled man to live and function. The neighbor is mentally challenged and needs help. Walter however is a service dog and is protected under law. Keep Walter home!!

Please let Walter go home to help his family. He is NOT DANGEROUS! He was teased and tormented by the neighbor. Please let Walter go home, and tell the neighbors not to be cruel and not to torment any animal. It's wrong! Thankyou

Please let Walter go help his family. If we were tormentef,we'd be upset as well. Please let this dog go home, and tell the neighbors that what THEY did was wrong! Thank you

A dog cannot be registered and be a service dog and be on the dangerous dog list. It is common sense!

This woman who complained touched the fence. Of course, this dog will protect and defend his owner. Hopefully, this will be decided in his and his owner's favor!!!

Look at this dog, how can he be deemed as dangerous. No evidence.

Leave the dog and that family alone! If I had a penny for each dog that barks aggressively at me.... Just as long as they are fenced in... All is good

For heavens sake! Give this family a break, use your head, and leave the dog alone. Live and let live. Dogs bark sometimes!

I think it is ridiculous to label him as dangerous unless there has been physical harm. He has every right to protect his turf.
