Walter is a medically necessary member of that family and this family has done what is required to appease the neighbor. Please don't let a hateful person take away a disabled man's quality of life.

This is insane to say the least. This dog is not dangerous & if the neighbor was provoking him the neighbor needs to be put as dangerous. Dogs do bark but only because something or SOMEONE like that stupid neighbor was making him bark. This dog is a service dog & needs to be left alone. He has passed all his required courses.
