If he had at all harmed another person or animal, then this would be a different story altogether. However, that is not the case. Their neighbor has been caught on several occasions agitating Walter and attempting to video the ordeal. Any animal behaves in this manner when taunted or teased, especially in defense of their property and family. I believe the neighbors should be cited for harassment of this dog. That would be the answer to all of this nonsense.. Thank you

You can't get rid of this dog. Not only is he a cutie, but he also provides assistance to a human in need

This family should be allowed to keep his dog and not be labeled dangerous. He bit no one.

It should be taken into consideration, kids love to tease dogs, and that makes dogs bark. My son has a Siberian Husky, when the kids in our neighborhood start to tease him he barks. Parents need to teach their children Not to tease dogs.

This is ridiculous a dog will jump up on a fence and bark. AND if the neighbor was dumb enough to bang on the fence the dog was alerting his family. My dogs would have done the same thing. AND like Sharon I would defend my dog to the hilt. He is a good dog and doesn't deserve to be taken from his family or euthanized .

People are so cruel, and someone that torments dogs, and teases them should be in jail. The dog is just trying to protect himself and his owner.

If you are really going to punish a dog for barking when a person is teasing it., you had better destroy at least 1/2 of the dogs in the country. Please leave this loyal and devoted dog alone.

Conserve your time and energy on more important issues! Not a service animal!

it is a shame that they would even consider this. if the parents of the kids that is doing things to make him bark well any dog would do that. They are ones that need some court time and see how they like it. Praying all goes well. Semper-Fi my brother.

The neighbor needs to think of if the tables were turned, how would he feel.

I have always had a lot of respect for Mayor Butler. This is a service dog. That has never bitten or been aggressive. He has helped this man. He needs to be saved. The neighbor needs to leave him alone.
