People taunting the dogs are the problem. Any species is Territorial. The dog was protecting his human from the abusers hitting the fence to cause this reaction. In human world we call this bullying an domestic violence towards the dog and his disabled human.

It is not the dog that should e labeled dangerous, it is the neighbor who teased him. HE is the one who should be punished, not the dog.

IF THERE IS ANYONE IN THIS MATTER THAT SHOULD BE FINED IT SHOULD BE THE AGITATOR. THE DOG WOULD BE FINE IF NOT FOR THEM. I KNOW BECAUSE I HAVE DOGS IN MY FENCED YARD THAT DO THE SAME THING BECAUSE THE PEOPLE WALKING BY TAUNT THEM. I HAVE CALLED THE POLICE MANY TIMES TO COME OUT AND THEY WARN THEM AND IT SEEMS TO HELP. THE DOG IS NOT IN THE WRONG IT IS THE PEOPLE WHO THINK ITS FUNNY TO SEE A DOG GET AGGRESSIVE, NOT KNOWING WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF THAT DOG GETS OUT OF HIS FENCED IN YARD. IT WILL BE THE PEOPLE WHO WILL PAY FOR THIER ACTIONS. SO PLEASE RETHINK YOUR STANCE.

Please spare Walter the designation of "dangerous dog" Barking and jumping does not constitute dangerous animal. Maybe the neighbor who provoked the dog should be labeled instead

Why isn't the neighbor being looked at, they teased the dog to make him bark. It's these ignorant people that cause problems not the animals. My dog gives the mailman hell everyday when he passes by but she's not a vicious dog.

Did Walter harm anyone? No he barked and jumped at the fence. My poodle does this all the time. Come on quit wasting the courts time and money.

Please let Walter come home and be a service dog. Why don't you check out the neighbor that was making him bark and jump. Sounds like harassment to me.

that dog was only protecting his home and family. He is a cherished member of the family. and he is a service dog to their son. if the idiot neighbor teases the dog band I understand the neighbor has. then the dog has a right to protect his own home. Please do not let anything happen to this dog he does not deserve it.

You all should be ashamed of yourselfs for condemning this dog who was not 'threatening' anyone but was being antagonized by someone else when he was inside his own fenced in yard!
