This is ridiculous, a service dog being labeled dangerous because he jumped on fence when someone hit it. I think the person was trespassing and should be charged with vandelism of property . Please do not do this

I think it is really insane that because the dog jumped on the fence and barked/after the neighbors hit it.. that he is gonna be labeled a vicious dog?? That makes no sense at all!! Sounds like the people in that town are just a bit grumpy and un educated about service dogs!! Dog was defending his territory!! People need to back off on killing innocent harmless dogs cause they think they know something and cause they think they can!! It should be illegal for them to just take that and say they can do it regardless with out real proof that the dog is actually vicious! Barking and jumping on the fence makes him A DOG!!! PLAIN & SIMPLE!!

Leave Walter along. My dogs would bark too if the neighbor hit the fence and my dogs bark when the neighbors are near the fence. This dog is loved and needs to be home. I AM WITH WALTER!!!!!

Walter should be returned to his owner and the neighbor should ticketed for disturbing the peace and wasting the Courts valuable time.

Its a dog..no matter what breed. All dogs protect their owners and territories. Let a dog be a dog. Give the family what rightfully belongs to them! Its a service dog! ! You don't get that title without proving you csn be one. Give the dog back idiots.

People need to educate themselves about animal behavior. Barking is a dog way of talking; getting upset when someone hits the fence also normal behavior is called protection.
