Live just around the corner from this skate park and it would be ridiculous to see the skate park taken away from the town, its a vital part of the community with many of us who reguarly use the skate park would be unfair and unreasonable to see the skate park taken away from us!

SGSC need to be improving facility to encourage local and visiting youths to get outdoors. Skateparks are essential to small community that already has limited activities on offer for kids. More resources needed, shouldn't have to leave it up to desperate residents to have to do it themselves. Please expand the skate park, not shut it down!

My boys skate there everytime we are down at our holiday house they spend hours and hours there the skate bowl should not be taken away

This is a simple and fantastic addition to a mediocre skate park. That area at the top of the park has been crying out for something like this since the park was first built. A wooden quarter was put there first to try and improve the area for many years. That quarter became so dilapidated and far more dangerous to users of the skatepark than these new concrete works. These new works have improved the park significantly and my kids and I would be upset if they were torn down for no reasonable reason at all.

If you tear this down, you should replace it. Skate parks are a much needed space in a community. Not all kids want to play football or tennis. They need options.

After shutting up my skate shop last month and pulling down my bowl it was a loss for all that was apart of it . Matt is doing a good thing to his local skate park all out of his own pocket . In my time i have put own money into skateparks to fix or to make them better why because people like matt , myself and others go to these places to have fun and do skatie180 stunts . The park is in need of a upgrade and Matt is doing that he has charged a flat area that is part of the park already . Rad work Matt it makes me want to skate it .

The council in charge of South gippsland is a joke. They are a bunch of elitist dictators who discourage investment and activities but charge the rate payers exorbitant fees for the pleasure of being done over by them. Worst council in Australia.
