My husband and I enjoy this beautiful place--- my children grew up enjoying it and now my grandchild is! It would be a shame and wrong to take this park and beach given to the people away! !

Beautiful park, I go here all the time to swim and enjoy the amazing view. Would be a shame to see it go to waste.

A great place for all Saint Johnners to enjoy. Spent many summers swimming to the island after work. We need more parks like this in Saint John, not fewer.

There is nothing more important to the health of a community than green spaces.

I do not support the sale of Tucker Park or other public green space for development.

When I came to Saint John 17 years go I was amazed how little public access there was to our wonderful river - now even this small beach is threatened. How do we expect companies to relocate to this city if the best amenities are sold off? Shame on you!

Save our pristine river park. Once sold for private housing our community will be fractured forever. Save tucker park for our future generations.

This historic park has been used by my family for 4 generations and been the locale for countless fond childhood memories. It's loss would be like losing a family member. Once it's gone, all that goes with it, replaced by what? Saint John is my home town.
