Tories are rigid, reactionary and hate change. Let's put them to good use in restoring a grade 1 listed land mark (their favourite kind). Their uncompromising natures will ensure the survival of our beloved pier for at least another millennia and provide the duel service of keeping them off dry land and away from polling stations.
The momentum behind this idea has become impossible to ignore even if the path forward remains exhausting. It is clear that plenty of you are just as tired of the status quo as I am when it comes to the fate of our pier.

Finally a practical use for all of them. The pier has been falling apart for years and this would actually get something done for once.

It's would be a shame to let an important part of our local history to just succumb to the elements and be gone forever. A century and a half worth of history is worth preserving for future generations.
