Absolutely this historic building needs to be renovated and preserved for the community. It is a jewel and could be the cultural hub of West Bend.

Good luck. I am behind you 100%. We do not need another park, especially one that has to be terraced because of the slope. But --- one could sit in the park, look at the river, look at another bridge, look at another park. Isn't that exciting??? And all that would be free.
P.S. If you need an usherette, call me. I know the territory. Worked there when I was in high school. I will check the temp. which was 1 of my duties. LOL Peggy

We need to hold on to our history no matter how small. If not for us but for our children.

I would love to see the WB Theatre brought back to life. It is definitely a Historical Landmark of our beautiful downtown. It pains me to see the building just sitting there.

I would love to see the theater reopen someday! Great memories coming here as a child and an adult! Was very disappointed when it closed after its last incarnation showing independent and 2nd run movies.

I support the theater as a theater, not a facade with green space.

I worked at the West Bend theater when I was in High School & sold tickets out of the old fashion window, went in the cellar below the candy stand to change the soda, & went way in the basement to get our candy stash where the old fashion mirrors, old back stage area was from many, many years before my time & ran around looking at all the treasures this building had... save the theater!

My wife and I walk downtown often and every time we talk about how much we would like to see this theater restored to glory. It would be the icing on a wonderful cake!
