How can goats really bother people they must be city folks to have to complain about such trivial stuff ! Just my opinion !!

I can't believe somebody would complain... And the only solution is to sell them as meat?! Could we not put them in a petting zoo?

Unless they are causing damage to native flora and fauna, causing disease, or are aggressive towards people, wildlife or pets (none of which I've heard) please leave them be.

These goats help put Northern MB on the map! Seems like some selfish locals to me.

It’s unfortunate that some people’s negativity can ruin others pleasure. Hope this has a positive outcome and the goats get to stay at their true home.

This is great for local business. Why would the locals complain? NIMBY! Please let the goats stay on Goat Island. Lighten up people.

Don’t sell the goats. They’re not hurting anyone or anything.

Really people need to get a life. God leave the animals alone. Does not Steep Rock need some added buisness

Visited them this summer. I understand an increase in traffic to the area, but I also believe the area is trying to promote itself as a destination, so I wonder what the complaints could be? The goats are located on an uninhabited island. Unless there is a safety concern, which could possibly be regulated???

They are a great time! Please keep them :) it’s too rocky for humans anyways. It’s perfect for them.
