Honestly, it’s not the sport that needs to go. It’s the Athletic Director who will go to arms length to help any male sport but when women’s sports start struggling he just wants to cut it. Save Field Hockey, get rid of the Athletic Director.

As everyone knows, athletics play an integral part in physical, social, and emotional well-being, while fostering positive skills and habits that serve athletes well into adulthood. Dissolving a sport with enough interest to play sends a negative message that we do not value these athletes or the benefits of a sports program. Hoping the powers that be find a way!
