In light of Zillows attempt to seize control of the Real Estate industry from Realtors & Brokers, we demand that control of the industry be placed back into our hands. The first step for this starts in our local market. As paying subscribers to MRIS a Bright MLS, we demand that the sale and or distribution of listing information to third party websites or companies cease, with the exception of traditional broker sites and their individual associates. As licensed practitioners of Real Estate, and paying subscribers to the MLS, we are entitled to sole possession, and discretion, as to the distribution of the information contained in the MLS.
