I live in Australia and even from this far away I can see the negative impact this development will have on this historical town and surrounding environment.

This could have a very negative impact to my property, due to the water run off and the trees that will be removed.

It su.ply doesn't matter what thus developer wants to "build" but that land should forever remain what it is and what it is "zoned" for. He, just like anyine buy property should have done his due diligence before the purchase. Instead, he thinking that he and his finacial wealth will simply "buy" his way in to what will just put more money in his already deep pockets. This is what is wrong with people. Please leave my "childhood home address alone". I may not live there now but it still is something I will fight strongly for since 5 houseing on Long Hill and one on Kealey Pond are my family members!
