We really do not need any more developments built. There are so many houses/buildings to buy and land preservation is essential. Our trees give us air to breathe and clean water is necessary for human survival.

Please respect the Plan of Conservation and Development and protect the distinct character of the Middle Haddam Historic District, as well as the equally important natural resources, and reject Application PZC-21-009. I urge the P&Z Commission and the Developer alike to show sensitivity, creativity and foresight on this critical piece of land. Development in harmony with the landscape and community is not only possible, it will provide lasting benefits for generations to come.
