This may be a moot point by now, but i do love this place. Ive been kicked out many times. Ive passed out drunk on the curb several times as well. Please dont take these memories (or lac there of) from me.

I've enjoyed a lot of live music here. Apartments can go elsewhere, this is practically a cultural site. Save it

This place is a historical goldmine and a place full of memories for thousands. DO NOT RUIN THIS BELOVED PLACE. i can almost guarantee that whatever else is put in its place if it is destroyed will be defaced beyond recognition.
