My first show with my band started in Hell at the Masquerade, and we played another two shows in Hell after that. All the shows we have played there have been fantastic experiences. It is an amazing venue full of rich history and it is a great place for local bands to make their mark. If the Masquerade goes away, not only would we be losing an iconic venue, but also lose another venue where local musicians have the potential to make it in the industry, gain exposure, and have their music be heard. I love the Masquerade. Let's keep this venue alive, there are too many good things that leave this world. Long live The Masquerade and long live Rock n' Roll!

I have over 100 shows at the masquerade under my belt. I have so many memories and wanted my kids to have the same memories. Please don't let it be torn down for apartments of all things. Atlantas congested enough.
