AA management made the decision to exclude the employee cafeteria in Terminal 4. It’s set to close January 2025 as construction progresses. The new floor plan originally expanded this cafeteria to include seating. Now, it’s been eliminated from the plan. This establishment is needed so badly. It has been a lifesaver for many employees who can't afford $25.00 burgers on the regular. They are open when most employees arrive in the very early hours before anything is open. They provide hot healthy food at reasonable prices.
This team is such an important part of life for flight crews. They provide delicious, nutritious and AFFORDABLE food at LAX. Please the AA Employee Cafeteria. I’m a SkyWest flight attendant and know that so many of us value and depend on the service this team provides.
Save our beloved LAX employee cafeteria! Save small businesses and save our wallets! Food prices at LAX have skyrocketed and are cost prohibitive especially for new hires. This is one of the last great employee cafeterias we have access to!
Please save the employee cafeteria. There’s no where affordable for employees to get food at LAX. It’s not possible for crew members to pack enough food for multi day trips and keep it safe. Closing the cafeteria is a cruel and inhumane idea.
Please do not close the employee cafeteria. It is a healthy and affordable option for employees. The owners have supported us for over 20 years. AA needs to show a little loyalty to them and to its employees and keep them open.
Have American’s upper management eat vending machine food for a week and see how fast they change their mindsa
REAL FOOD what the employee cafeteria offers. If American values its employees health, well that runs on good hearty well balanced food. No vending machine will provide this with foods loaded with preservatives. This is cost cutting in the wrong place. Why not switch to low grade hydraulic oil for the aircraft and see how long they last, or is this what you are after for your employees?

LAX cafeteria has been an institution for my entire 32 year career. A place to escape the terminal, connect with old friends and get some great food. What a shame to not include this in the future of LAX. Shame on you. I hope you will reconsider.
