we actually did it and the ivy tavern is officially staying open. i cant believe we pulled this off but the developers backed down today. thanks for sticking with me while we fought for this place.
as a landlady myself im totaly gutted that local pubs are being sold off to make profit instead of making brewery's do something with them first. .Good luck Ivy Tavern xx

this is a spiritual unique pub in a location to die for.If the breweries close this meeting place, then they will not only rip the heart out of the local community, but also affect the lives of people and family's across this fine land of ours who I'm sure do visit here when in Lincoln..Listern to the people, keep the Ivy alive!!...

Don't let another pub die, and be turned into flats. this pub, as with others are a very important part of the community. where families come together, for funerals, weddings etc. and to blow off the working week. generations of families have used this pub, it is wrong to take it away. save the Ivy Tavern!!

It has been a busy pub for many years and it would be a shame for another traditional pub to close it doors. Not everyone enjoys the new scene pubs in the town and Lincoln needs to keep pubs like The Ivy Tavern to continue the community spirit and traditions.
