Absolutely not. A riduculous expense and multi month or year mess for something that works perfectly well. NO

Their plan for a stupid rotary is BAD IDEA. Save the trees!!!! Who wants big sidewalks and concrete?? What a horrible idea. People in these positions of grandeur... suck.!!

I am a 6th generation & traffic always seems to flow just fine when I am in the area. That project would make that area a nightmare for a long time. Spend the money where ever its really needed

This is a completely unnecesary and unconventional project in a busy area of Old Greenwich In-bound and out-bound traffic.

Against the new plan it completely - Old Greenwich will lose its small town feel and will become a lot less aesthetically pleasing. This will become the first big focal point in our town. We are not and do not want to be a big town. Small towns should have a small town feel!!!! Do not over develop Old Greenwich!!!! If this passes for some ungodly reason, that Island better be incredible with maybe a lighthouse and a lot of bushes and endless flowers!

our tax dollars can be used in more constructive ways than these proposed changes.these do nothing but ruin the charm of the village

I strongly agree that these proposed changes would destroy the charm and character of Old Greenwich. Tax payer money should not be wasted on such an ill conceived and poorly planned project.

I live on Laddins Rock Road the street connected to the rotary. Do not do this to our charming town. It is not needed and we will stand up and fight

This proposed plan will significantly decrease the charm of our beautiful little village. Please do not implement this plan.

I believe this would be a huge mistake and destroy the charm and character of our beautiful village.

I can't believe that you could do this to our BEAUTIFUL little town!!! Just how can you destroy what makes this little town so unique??? Do you want to be like Stamford and rip up all the Cherry Trees that were in that gorgeous park (and do you even know where those trees came from & why they were planted there??) just to have the park look baron with a STUPID merry go round in it??? PLEASE.. leave our BEAUTIFUL town ALONE!! This is why we live here...its unique & so BEAUTIFUL with CHARM & ELOQUENCE!!

The proposed changes will destroy the charm and historic look of our community. 10' sidewalks and 6' medians are so over-engineered and out of proportion as to reach the level of ridiculous. Raising Sound Beach Avenue because of a 100 year flood possibility is beyond comprehension. Please drop this plan COMPLETELY. It will ruin this town.

Please find a more suitable way to improve traffic flow. This corner is almost iconic in the village of Old Greenwich. Keeping a "village sense" is important to all of us who live here. As far as raising the road be 2 feet, I cannot express how idiotic that seems. Wouldn't doing a thorough and proper dredging of the pond be a far wiser move, economically and esthetically?

Terrible idea, such a rotary is not needed. Let's keep our village feel. Why spend the money and destroy the beauty of Old Greenwich

Don't see any problems with the way it is now and it is truly a waste of money.

They should do anything at the circle. I grew up right around the corner from there. I really hope this petition helps

This is truly overkill, unless it is being done to enhance the application of the developer to add housing units at the other end of the park! Old Greenwich is a VILLAGE. Keep the concept as they are rapidly becoming extinct on the east coast. I co-own property on Forest Avenue and the ease with which you could ingress/egress Forest is questionable, based upon proposed design. Totally against this concept.

Stop wasting money. The rotary works ok now as is. Also don't chop trees, why? What's wrong with SB and Forest as it is now?
