The conversation surrounding our efforts to protect these pieces of furniture continues to gain momentum within the community. I am currently reaching out to local representatives to ensure our perspective is represented during the upcoming policy review.

The momentum surrounding this movement has exceeded my initial expectations. It is encouraging to observe so many people aligning behind the preservation of these furnishings.

Are they seriously coming for the furniture now?? My back hurts just thinking about those shitty dorm chairs. Leave the futons alone.
First students are randomly assigned to subpar housing, and then expected to conform to completely worse quality/styles of living? Fuck reslife. This rule makes about as much sense as when students are allowed to have Christmas lights up only during the designated holiday period. Are lights suddenly safe because Jesus approves of holiday spirit?
My futon has got some stories, let me tell you, and i refuse to stand idly by to see one of his brothers silenced #fightforthosewhocannotfightforthemselves
Any sacrifice of liberty, no matter how large or small, is a danger to liberty everywhere.

Res Life is basically just stealing candy from innocent children on Halloween. I want my candy!
