This is such a great Nursery! Shame on Ofsted for giving an unfair decision. You are affecting so many young lives! Surely that is not your job to put children at risk of not having good childcare. No Good!

This is such an unfair decision for the children. Ofsted and Southwark are not thinking of the children first. Please give the funding to the children already at the nursery - Parents and children will suffer without this funding.

If Excel lose funding the system is broken. Excel's staff are amazing, my daughter loves going there and I have no concerns sending her there. Ofsted, you're wrong in your assessment!

This really disappointing to hear that this funding could stop based on an ofsted inspection. As a mother of twins I depend on this funding to have my girls in nursery. I pay my taxes and I work full time. This is really upsetting and I can't u

Our Grandson had a great start here. He was happy to be there and I was very impressed with the the way the staff reacted to the specific personalities and needs of each child.

My son went here until he started school. He absolutely loved it and the staff were exceptional and so caring. Stopping funding in April gives parents no time to organise alternative care and Excel should be given the opportunity and time to respond whilst being funded.

As a parent I have been involved with Excel Nursery for the last 4 years. My son, who is now 5, started at Excel when he was 1 year old, and remained until he started Primary school. Our 4 year old daughter is still at the nursery. Over the course of these years, all I can say is how happy and lucky we are as family for our children to attend Excel. The staff have always been incredible with the children, we are provided with regular progress reviews, and my daughters development (both educationally & emotionally) has been excellent. To take away funding for this incredible and irreplaceable nursery would only cause immeasurable problems for my daughters wellbeing (both educationally & emotionally), create work and financial difficulties for us and other parents, cause job losses for key workers and deprive the community of a much loved and needed childcare facility. Ofstead you have got this so terribly wrong. We ask you to review your funding decision immediately.

I am disappointed that the council are not putting our kids first. My kids love it here and it's the same nursery their older sister attended 6years ago. Please continue to fund the nursery and our children.
