After attending the parents meeting and hearing what the so called educated OFSTED inspectors conclusions were it was clearly biased and inconsiderate of the children that depend on the nursery and funding. It takes a lot more than two visits with an already prepared OFSTED agenda to determine the overall performance of the management at Excel childcare services, You do not have to be educated to be a good carer to children. Check on the historical as well as present records at the nursery and see the video data over a long period of time to draw an overall conclusion on the Nursery.

My son has attended the nursery for a few years now, and only has great things to say when he comes home. He talks about staff and whole experience in detail; which reflects our experience with staff. We have praised placement of the staff, being so great/with their year groups over the years. We are consistently updated with his learning, which he improves in consistently. The facilities and space seem apmle enough for us, shown by not having any affect on he’s progress in learning and happiness with Nursery. We as parents are very pleased with our experience with absolutely no complaints, inturn we have no idea why and how Excel has failed inspection.
