maybe cut some jobs at the Municipality...or buy less expensive SD vehicles....I now see why property standards are not of importance in SD...they don't take care of their own, until it is too late...shame on you for setting this example and low standard!

This is a "Heritage Building", therefore it should qualify for any and all Government programs to restore and upkeep "Heritage Homes"!!!!
