Council gone too far this time

It’s a great place. They really should reclassify the land as "General Community Use" to allow the park to remain.

Best fun place only to be for entertainment purposes. Please, only for the kids.

I went on these rides as a child I’d hate to see them gone.

Unlike temporary developments, historic attractions create a lasting sense of belonging and continuity, reinforcing community stability and pride. In an increasingly divisive time, shared spaces rooted in history—especially those centered on families and children—help unite people across generations. Preserving the carousel ensures that this unique cultural asset remains accessible to the public rather than being removed through Crown land reclamation, which would permanently diminish the community’s cultural and social fabric.

Please, we need more to bring people.

This has been a memory for myself for many years and my children. Would be really sad to see this carnival go

This is a huge part of my childhood since the 1980s n many more childhoods to come

I have lived on the coast basically my whole life and these carnival rides are my childhood. Would HATE to see them go
