I am signing this petition to stop the slaughter of innocent dogs for population or disease control. There are more humain ways to handle these issues, such as trap, neuter and release and rabies vaccination administration.

Please stop killing dogs.. Killing really doesn't help much.. 都已經有56個國際動物保護組織在內，免費預備藥物並且願意協助，前往檳城免費為流浪狗注射疫苗，就只等待檳城州政府的答覆。 为什么还要坚持屠杀？ 虽然说“不怕一万 只怕万一”，那就算屠杀所有槟城的狗，也还有疯狗症出现呢？ 倒不如给它们一个生存下来的机会，让國際動物保護組織为它们注射疫苗吧。 祈求上天有好心之德，饶恕这些无辜的狗吧。。 朋友们帮帮忙来sign petition吧，不会耽误您很宝贵的时间。。谢谢~ 感恩~阿弥陀佛

I read several different reports about this. Some of them said it's not real. However, I still sign because I do support vaccines help a lot rather than slaughter. Please consider twice of the strategy and accept the help and resources from non-governmental organizations.

Humans are the real evils! In depth investigation on the accident first especially on the possible threats to the dog should be finished before any action. Manslaughter of dogs is irrational and criminal. No more excuse for killing stray animals is acceptable.

I hope that your country can face up to the question, why people can heal the sick, sick dogs are going to die? I do not understand, they are also life, life is precious, do not want to solve the problem by culling, this is not the solution, it is to escape !! !

While killing all dogs does not/will not eliminate rabies - education on dog owners & general public and effective vaccinations of all dogs do; i plea the government to be civilized and do it the wise way.
