The killing of stray dogs in Kerala has given Kerala a bad name with thousands of tourists boycotting Kerala. A spay and neuter programme would drastically reduce the number of street dogs and this would be acceptable to tourists who would then return to Kerala.

Animal abuse should be treated seriously. Only people without compassion would do this thing to another being. Every countries/businesses in this world really need to start taking animal welfare seriously.

Dogs (and cats) are homeless because people do not spay/neuter and/or they dump them like trash. Instead of penalizing them for something that is not their fault wet up low cost spay/neuter programs with outreach and education. They should nt be killed for what people do. They are to disposable objects but are living and feeling beings .
