I'm sick of all this pandering to so called 'sensitivity' to other faiths in the workplace. If a Paramedic in an effort to save her life then lifted a veil they would be open to a complaint against them. This country is becoming a joke! If this good doctor asked a hoodie to remove the scaf from his face in order to understand him better would he then complain to the medical council? Would the BMC investigate? perhaps not - maybe because the hoodie was white and not Muslim. This continued rascism. This amazing doctor's career hangs in the balance over asking a patient to remove a veil so he can hear her properly in order to treat her child. Yes this is the reason for an investigation? It's laughable. Are not porfessionals such doctors visioned with such respect that they are accepted in certain faith issues. What if the doctor misdiagnosed the patient because he couldn't hear properly. L et's get back to the two complainants here are they proud of themselves putting a doctor out of business over this garbage when there are not enough doctors in the country and very few of this mans talents. So these two pathetic creatures are risking the lives of other patient by trying to have one of the 'few' struck off. And as frightening there are educated and intelligent people (BMC) allowing this to happen - because they are 'sensitive' to other faiths no matter how ancient or stupid their beliefs are.
