It was "officially" announced today that actor Peter Capaldi will be leaving the Tardis at the end of the 2017 season of Doctor Who. I personally believe that Mr. Capaldi was great as The Doctor. He was just the victim of bad writing (imo). With Moffat leaving and Chris Chibnall taking over, I think this is the perfect time for Capaldi to shine as The Doctor. Please sign this and ask everyone you know to sign it to let Peter and the BBC know that we want to keep him as our Doctor.

I think that the bbc are making a big mistake by letting peter go ( and pearl)peter was given a very hard job to do by taking the part of the doctor after matt smith, it took the public a while to warm to peter but now that they have, the bbc in all their glory want him gone.I say let peter Finnish what he started, he is an amazing actor and was a damn good choice in the first place. Let chinbal write by all means but keep peter as the Dr.
Mr. Capaldi has been brilliant from day one (well, actually before that - timey wimey) and although I support his decision to leave if that's really what he wants, I also have to applaud the tremendous work he has done in making the latest 21st century Who another link in a chain of great programming going back to 1963. I have enjoyed all the Doctors but he inhabits the role in a way no one has done since Tom Baker. This is very high praise, indeed. Although change is integral to the very concept of Doctor Who, this is one change I would very much like to see postponed. I know he wants to give it his all and I appreciate that. I just can't ever see him acting with anything less than his best, especially in the role of the Doctor. His absence will be keenly felt. I wish him all the luck in the universe and desperately hope he can use his TARDIS key whenever he so chooses. Many thanks, Peter!

Peter Capaldi is one of the greatest Doctos on Doctor Who. Please let us have at least one more season.
