If we give up the Stars & Bars whats next? Are we to tear down the Alamo because it offends Mexicans? We are more divided as a country now than we have ever been. This action will cause resentment to build in many hearts. The Stars & Bars stands for our ancestors standing up for state rights against unjust taxes. If people knew the history behind the civil war they would know that it was not only white soldiers that fought under the Stars & Bars but also BLACK soldiers fought and died for it. History is being forgotten and torn down and people are cheering it. This is a sad time for our country.

If people would read their history they would know the civil war was started over cotton.. not slavery ..the south even had black men that fault for the south and in return they was given a house and land of their own..
