Have visit numerous events which used and benefitted from the Calstock fields over the years, this decision would appear to be Ill thought out and sacrificing the future of a community!

This cannot go ahead, the annual bike show is a great advert for Calstock . There must be fields elsewhere along the river that they can flood.

This simply cannot happen. The bike show is vital to the village. It can't move anywhere else

I find it unbelievable that this is the first I have heard about this and there has apparently already been a consultation! Not enough is done to fully inform everyone who lives in this village. These fields provide vital income in the summer months for several groups in the village and as they are already effective with solving flooding issues I cannot support the need to change this.

Very sad to see this as the fields are used to help support the village funds.

Totally unnecessary and will do more harm than good to a fantastic closeknit community. Leave well alone. There are far more suitable places along the Tamar to flood than using vital amenity land.

The fields are a lifeline and supports the local community in various events. These fields must be kept for community use.
