This established college must stay open for the future of our young students.

Definitely one of the best colleges I have been to, staff are very nice too. Since I have went to the college my confidence has grew each day!!!!! and has opened lots of doors for me to get onto my next course.

I spent 2 years at this college and one of my main reasons for choosing it was its location. The barony is like a little community and everyone I know who has spent any time there has loved it. There's also the wildlife centre that has lots of regulars (wildlife) that come for food and have done for a long time, what will happen to them? There is enough going on up at the Crichton and the traffic is already horrendous, it's the wrong place for the barony.

such a wonderful college in such a beatiful setting must be kept. An amazing experience for any student. It just wouldn't be the same if it were somewhere else especially regarding the courses the college has to offer. Livestock, fisheries and animals are a must. Save it please!

Had a brilliant time at the college. Everyone is great! Staff the students. Don't close this college be the biggest mistake you will ever make.

Too many eggs in one basket, when the hospital moves the traffic situation in that area eases, without new roads there shouldnt be any major business replacement for the hospital

This would be awful for our area & my son is hoping to do forestry when the time comes & two generations of my family have already attended the Barony.

The Crichton can not facilitate all that goes on at the Barony as there is not the space plus the recent flooding that closed the College for several days and it is far to near the town and pollution may become a major problem

The Barony is one of the best college's in the UK for both forestry and farming. Who ever wants it closed should think again..

Not only is it stupid to move a college that teaches rurual skills into an urban area but the urban area is already heavily trafficked and this won't only make it worse leading to problems for everyone

closure would be disastrous for farming in southern Scotland.
