This is a great college, the resources should be kept open for students.

It would be a big loss to forestry and agriculture to lose the Barony collage

This is the start of the downfall of agricultural training, you can not learn practical farming writing about it in a class room

For land based education you cannot be in a town. Barony has great practical facilities, a lot of them purpose built so why would you need a new building when you already have this.

Barony has been a good rural college for more than 50 years. It must continue in a rural location, doesn't make sense to move it into a town

The very environment of Barony College lends itself perfectly to the subjects taught there! I was a student there in the late 1990s and I loved the mixture of classroom studies and immediate access to the grounds and countryside beyond. I feel it would be a disaster not only for the Barony property itself, but also future applicants to the courses.

It would be sad to see it go as I spent two years there. I found the facilities great and everything done at such a modern standard.

I would have had to have paid rent for a flat somewhere if it wasn't for barony being within 50 miles of my home, and so therefore I would not have been able to afford to study vet nursing if the college was somewhere else! It provides many jobs for people and many students, not to mention it is a wonderful place to study! Do not get rid of it!

Please do not do this as it would be a huge mistake.
