This is far too valuable a resource to close, particularly in a climate and biodiversity crisis.

There has been too much of a brain-drain of ecological expertise already as a result of so many NRW staff redundancies and retirements. This makes it even more important to keep this resource going. I have used the library in the past as it held information not available elsewhere.

We need this resource particularly at this time of climate and biodiversity crisis. Keep what is valuable for the long term.

So short sighted and such a waste to close a valuable resource such as this library.

If implemented this will be a short-sighted decision that will undermine Welsh ecology and its ability to deliver legal targets. Surely it is in breach of the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015

Libraries are such an important part of the fabric of our society, and are essential for the folk, often disadvantaged, who rely on the services which libraries provide.

The library and its librarians are indispensable to the working of NRW - speaking as a former employee of CCW who made much use of the resource

The lack of investment in the ecological parts of NRW is shameful and this is just another example of this.
