Many younger folk don't have cars and the bus is the safe, affordable and reliable travel giving access to their community, learning, friends and family and with an existing bus stop it shouldn't be lost. its a nonsense to remove it as it would pass by yards away, but the loss of stop unfair? I recently heard of a rural planning permission request could fail because it didn't have a bus stop? Don't loss an existing stop please!.

We are regular users of this bus stop which is the safety one. I would like the bus to come through the village like it used to

This stop serves many people in Chalk End but is also an important stop for people in the Easters. It seems a real shame to take this service, which is still running along the main road, away for the people accessing this stop.

There are few enough bus stops for people that need them … please re think this decision and the negative impact it will have - thank you

I believe that the removal of the stops is so detrimental to the local community, it is actually harmful to a significant sector of vulnerable people.

It is essential that the Route 59 bus stops at Chalk End to provide a local service to the residents of Good Easter

Ridiculous, how much longer does it take to detour to Chalk End. Disgraceful.
