im still pushing on this behind the scenes and talking to people who actually have a say in the town hall site. the silence from the council is frustrating but it just proves they dont want us looking too closely at their plans.

im honestly blown away by how much this has taken off lately. seeing everyone come together to protect the town hall really shows how much this place means to all of us.

Please, one decent and beautiful building, which the public can enter, and where it is a pleasure to see shows, hold fairs and donate blood in warmth and comfort. Just leave it alone!
My father and his family used to attend concerts in the 1940s and we're keeping that going. Such a well-used resource and very much part of the identity of Sutton Coldfield.
please save the town hall, it's an amazing building where I got married, I chose it because it's an historical building of my home town and hope to show my children where I got married. Please let that happen!
this could be the end of so many amateur dramatic groups who would have nowhere to perform.
I have performed on stage at Sutton Town Hall for a complete week at least once at year for 45 years
When it's gone,it's gone forever.

Our Town hall is a focal point of our community, bringing together many diverse local groups and their attenders / audiences. Maybe some of the money generated by the sale of the ICC etc could be allocated to fund the essential repairs?
