We got our pup back in January and this has become our weekly spot as a family. Every Sunday we get up early and go. It's our time together with our pup and us. We walk and talk and help teach our pup (8 month old Collie/Husky) how to behave with other dogs.
Our family will be really sad when this happens.

This is a gem, and conveniently located. It attracts a supportive network of dog owners. The recently installed bridge was a major improvement! Can a temporary area be fenced off nearby? And, I hope the homeless encampment is addressed.

There should be more off leash parks and dog friendly areas! These parks get used more than children’s playgrounds!!!

Barrie is served well with an Offleash Dog Park on this end of town. We need to keep the park open.
