I'm only a tenth grader but I've been going to Stanton games since the seventh grade and the team sucks literally the ONLY good thing about the games was the band I love this band core style puts me to sleep

The band is the last true tradition for Stanton & it would be disheartening to see it change like everything else has.

This change spits on everything Dr. MacFarlane and Mr. Young have built. The traditional style is what drove me to stay in this band, and it became an integral part of my life. 22 1/2 inch, 90° steps and playing music you can actually dance to is fun. Walking from side to side is not.

The Stanton band is one a few reasons why stanton is my dream school in the first place. I hope in a dire wish that the Stanton band will stay true and stay forever in the way that it is and has been. If the Stanton band were to change, I am afraid my love for an amazing school like Stanton will deteriorate. Please dont change my band, my friends, my family.

Several of my friends went to Stanton, the band is amazing. Why would anyone want to end it? Please keep this band alive it's so historical.

The band at Stanton is too traditional for it to be changed. What we do is different which makes us unique and notable. Getting rid of what makes us, us is just illogical and ruins the point of the entire program.

Over the past 10 years i have enjoyed listening to the band play and perform an HBCU style performance. Its the band that alot of people come to the football games to watch, definitely not the football team.

The band is the heart of Stanton. Even if I'm not a student there anymore nobody is going to ruin the band, and So I won't let them do this!!!!
